Upsurge Dance Company was founded in 2019 by dance educator and choreographer, Kelsey Wapinsky. It was created to provide the young dancers in the community a safe and encouraging place to learn the magic of dance. UDC is a home to all types. Whether you are a competitive dancer looking for a career or intense education, or a recreational dancer looking to jump in on the community fun.
