Founded in 2019 by dance educator and choreographer, Kelsey Wapinsky, UDC quickly became a go to place for young dancers to further or begin their individual dance journeys. Upsurge is designed with all dancers in mind - whether you are looking to a career in the industry or interested in performance opportunities and community fun.

UDC is expanding into Oviedo, FL in June 2026. We are thrilled to be bringing our brand, values, and education in dance to Oviedo and surrounding areas. Our projected opening week is June 8th 2026. Pre-registration is open now!
